Accessible Anywhere
With WebPE's software-as-a-service (SaaS) all that's needed to access data, run reports, or edit data is an internet connection and JavaScript capable browser. There's no need to install software on individual computers, so you have the freedom and flexibility to access the data wherever and whenever it is needed. And with tiered access settings it's easy to specify public areas while locking down private areas under SSL encrypted user accounts.

Data Loading
With WebPE's Excel based data load templates data entry is flexible enough to allow for the loading of EDDs or a customized data set while providing the opportunity for manual pre-load QA. This also allows for data from disparate data sets to be conformed to a set standard.
The template also provides initial quality checks on the data to verify data formats and to look for missing or problematic data helping to eliminate the need for line by line manual QA of the data sets. Custom templates to match existing data formats and layouts can be easily created to minimize manual interaction with the data prior to load.
Reporting Tools
Reporting tools provide publication ready graphs, charts, and tables to allow and enhance decision making. Reports can be run on the data without needed to copy or reenter the data, saving time and simplifying the process of creating reports. And because WebPE provides a range of report types, from compliance exceedence reports to adhoc reports to standard deviation box charts, report formats are standardized for ease in analysis. Reports are logged as well so there's always a record of the parameters used to generate each report. This eliminates the need to manually figure out what data parameter choices were used when generating each report while allowing each report to be rerun without the need to manually choose all of the parameters again. It also allows for historically run reports to still be available for comparison.
