This is a problem related to your company's firewall and other security measures. The listener for the Project Portal Application is on TCP Server Port 85 and the Java Applet initially uses TCP Server Port 84 to launch and subsequently uses Port 9000. Check with your system administrator and make sure these ports are available for communications. Yes. The original Service Pack 1 for Internet Explorer 4 has problems loading JInitiator. We recommend you install IE4 Service Pack 2, or, even better, IE5.
